Classes and Schedule

Muay Thai is one of the most effective martial arts and one of the greatest workouts in the world! Learn self-defense, gain confidence, and LOSE WEIGHT! Expect to burn 700-1,000 calories per class, while having fun!

Aside from being a great workout, you will learn effective Muay Thai and Kickboxing techniques in a high energy and equally informative group class setting.

Our Youth Muay Thai program is aimed at building passion in our youngsters to later develop them in to skilled Champions, in and out of the ring!

Bully-Proof your child! Allow us to give them the CONFIDENCE to defend themselves and the SKILLS to back it up!

Weekly themes are followed in this 45 minute class that will make sure your child is learning and getting great exercise, as well as having fun! To further progress their skill we offer optional sparring and drills for an additional 15-30 minutes after Youth Class.

Your child will GAIN CONFIDENCE as well as learn:

  • Self-Defense
  • Focus, Discipline, and Respect
  • Teamwork
  • Effective Muay Thai Technique

MUAY THAI FOUNDATIONS

All great structure starts with a solid FOUNDATION!

We offer our Foundations course for the benefit of beginners jumping in without being intimidated or overwhelmed. We are there step by step, seeing to it that you learn correctly AT YOUR OWN PACE!

This class is designed for you to feel comfortable even if you are a newcomer! But don’t let that fool you, it is still a GREAT WORKOUT!

Got experience? All good! This class is also a great way for the more advanced students to sharpen up their fundamentals!

You will learn:

  • Self-Defense
  • Proper Punches, Kicks, Teeps, Elbows, Knees
  • Footwork, Balance, and Coordination
  • Basic Combos
  • Basic Muay Thai Clinch
  • Basic Defense and Counters
  • Technical Sparring

ADVANCED MUAY THAI

Through partner drills and advanced ring techniques, this high-paced class is focused on taking the average Muay Thai Practitioner and giving them CHAMPIONSHIP qualities. This sport has so many intricacies and Coach Lino does an excellent job of breaking those down to arm you with the BEST Muay Thai knowledge in Sacramento! From skilled hobbyists to active fighting Professionals this class will keep you motivated as we cover a wide range of new techniques weekly!

Looking for quality Muay Thai or Kickboxing sparring? We do it twice per week!

If you have a solid Muay Thai “foundation” or are already a fighter then this is the class you’re looking for!

  • Set-ups and Ring IQ
